We want you to love your Lovepop experience, so if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure that all products remain in their original packaging and are in unused condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email to ensure convenient tracking and processing.

  Pack Your Items

  Safely place the cards and gifts in their original protective sleeves and packaging to prevent any damage during the transit back to our warehouse.

  Receive Your Refund

  After we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
