Each Lovepop card is tucked inside a sturdy, protective envelope to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. We offer various shipping speeds, including standard and expedited options, to meet your gifting timeline.
Can I include a personalized message?
Yes! You can choose to add a custom printed message and even a photo to most cards. We will print your message on a slide-out note tucked inside the card for a truly personal touch.
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return your unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Please note that personalized items are final sale.
How much postage is required to mail a Lovepop card?
Most of our standard 5x7 cards require two standard 'Forever' stamps or one 'extra ounce' stamp due to the unique weight and thickness of the 3D paper art.
